I received a cheque for the amount I was originally quoted within ten days. Good to know that my old mobile is being used by a worthy recipient in the Third World. Would have welcomed an acknowledgement (e-mail would have been O.K.!) that Mopay had received my mobile and that it was being processed though... Easy to use website, very clear and talks you through the brief process (Mopay just ask for your name and address so they can post out the cheque). Mopay sent out an envelope for me to use, which i did and i soon had the cheque in my hand (i selected the cash over vouchers). Easy to do, costs nothing apart from a couple of minutes of your time and you get paid (even if your mobile isn't worth much you should still send it off as it will go to some good use or be disposed of correctly) - thanks, Simon.
