Envelope came the next day for me to package my phone along with an Argos giftcard which was then topped up with my payment after a few days! If you want quick payment I think they priortise the special delivery mail. My friend did freepost and it did take a little longer but not by too much. I'd highly recommend them! The site is easy to use and filling out the short for only takes a minute. A day or so later a pre-paid envelope arrived at my home which is used to send the phone (minus all the instructions, charger and sim card) back off. After i had posted my old phone back off it was around about 6 days until the cheque arrived - just over £30 for a Nokia mobile that way just filling up space and not being used. Recommended.
