Posted my phone on the Thursday and received cheque by Saturday, even though I had forgotten to put my order number in. Contacted by e-mail to explain my error and received a reply a few hours later to say they had received it. It did help that I had sent it by special delivery and therefore had a delivery number. But I would certainly use Fonebank again in future. Thought the service from Fonebank was exceptional. As I had recently upgraded to a new Nokia I didn't have any use for my previous mobile. Fonebank offered me the highest payout after using the comparison tool on this site. Sent my surplus mobile off and received a cheque pretty soon after. Will use again in the future as it is quite useful. Selling my used mobile to Fonebank was a great way to raise a bit of cash quickly.
